Lojan Tablet Weaving Board: Card Weaving Made Easy

The Lojan Tablet Weaving Board was developed by Jan Louët Feisser and Loes van Aken together with weaving artist Marieke Kranenburg. It is the ideal addition to the large Lojan Inkle Loom, designed specifically for tablet weaving.

Important note on compatibility: The board only fits the large Lojan Inkle Loom (max. warp length 2.65 m). It does not fit the smaller Lojan Inkeltje, because the Inkeltje has no hole for the threaded rod. You can still do tablet weaving on the Inkeltje. The cards then simply hang freely in the tensioned warp.

The board attaches directly to the inkle loom and provides extra support and stability for the tablets during card weaving. The cards stay neatly in position so you can focus entirely on your weaving pattern, without constant readjusting or slipping.
