Refund policy
Return Policy // Right of Withdrawal
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of goods are non-returnable. Perishable goods cannot be returned. Likewise, custom-made or personalized items are excluded from returns.
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made products (e.g. reeds made to special measurements)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds are granted in certain situations:

Books with obvious signs of use

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note that we do not refund credit card processing fees. Shopify Payments charges transaction fees for both the original payment and the refund process; therefore, the original card processing fee will not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return once we receive the item.
If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will then be notified of your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item worth over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
