Beater conversion kit for the Louët Harmony table loom
Since April 2026 the Louët Harmony table loom has been supplied with a floating beater. If you already own a Harmony with the earlier sliding beater, this kit lets you convert it.
What the floating beater gives you:
- A more even, consistent beat across the full weaving width
- The beater swings freely and returns to its starting position by itself
- More relaxed weaving, especially on longer projects
Good to know:
- Fits the Harmony 50-8 table loom (50 cm weaving width) only
- Please choose the colour that matches your loom: terracotta or light blue
- Fitting is done with ordinary household tools, instructions are included
- You keep using the reed of your loom
Not sure which version you own? The sliding beater rests on the side rails of the frame and is held by turning knobs. The floating beater hangs freely from the upper frame. Just write to us and we will help you work it out.
