LoftyFiber Beater Braces for Louet Spring 2 and David 3

When sleying the reed or working on the loom, the beater rarely stays in the desired position on its own – it swings, tips, and gets in the way. The LoftyFiber Beater Braces securely fix the beater in three different positions, depending on what you need.

The three positions:

✔ Middle position – beater upright: standard position for sleying and other work at the loom

✔ Front position – beater slightly tilted toward the weaver: for a preferred working posture

✔ Rear position (Louet Spring 2 only) – beater tilted toward the warp beam: ideal for back-to-front warping

The set consists of two braces (left and right) and fits the Louet Spring 2 and Louet David 3. Tool-free installation.

The LoftyFiber Beater Braces work perfectly in combination with the LoftyFiber Sley Assist (sold separately): while the Braces hold the beater in position, the Sley Assist keeps the reed flat – together they make sleying on the Louet Spring or David much more comfortable and ergonomic.
