The versatile one: loom and warping frame come in one
The Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom is manufactured in New Zealand. It is characterized by effortless operation, simple assembly, and high versatility. Its straightforward design allows the loom to be mounted almost anywhere, whether on a tabletop or with the matching stand.
Especially when using the newly developed Ashford stand, the loom ensures the optimal working angle of the weaving surface.
A unique feature of the loom is its ability to warp its own warp on the back using separate warping pins. This eliminates the need to purchase a warping frame.
The following maximum chain lengths can be achieved:
40cm weaving width = warp length of 4.7m
60cm weaving width = warp length of 6.7m
80cm weaving width = warp length of 8.7m
120cm weaving width = warp length of 12.7m
The double reed holder allows for efficient work with two reeds. Additional reeds , as well as the unique Ashford Freedom Roller, are available under the Accessories menu item.
